I managed to get my medication from the surgery to the chemist; but managed to come home without it ... the whole point of going out ... and it is market tomorrow ...
Settling in for the evening now ... I try to switch off and surround myself with a nice ambiance... blocking out the mess that still around .... remnants of lost care
