getting the fundamental health back on track .... Finally ..
Today's appointment off shooting the many works to bring my mouth up to speed again ... A year end of appointments to fit this and three other issues beside the ongoing unexpected one ... And before the New Years Resolutions ....
Now today ... I can hope to regain my concentration ... which lapses for various reasons particularly when I know the outcome of yesterday medical scans to know what is to be faced ....
Virtual World
I have kept myself occupied with some new experiences in the world of the Internet ... I used to not be able to sit for long periods without needles in my hand , if I am watching the TV or other activities to amuse me ... And I have regained some of my vitality ... Which still has a way to go ...
And like my athletics of long ago and doing the Duke of Edinburgh after school long finished into early adulthood .... I am on the last hurdle with my further investigation results which is the hardest part now until my appointment next week ...
No immediate concerns ... So far so good ...
