thankfully much better time than yesterday ... I needed this time today to get all set and prepared for my mid week appointment at the hospital ...
Especially already in discomfort ... we know from previous experience when you are prodded and examined it adds to the that discomfort ... and the requirement for peace to recover and await the outcome ...
All settled in for the evening now and prepared as can be for the next few days of appointments ... and trying to focus through this time of uncertainty to the plans next month ...
