That generally happens when my mid to low torso is in discomfort and this is when you are more aware when people accidentally bump you ... At least I was able to get some household items that I have gone through quicker than normal ... And bread, milk and some tin fruit ... The fresh fruit did not look very fresh today ... So I gave that a miss as could not be a***d ... Flushing my body out with as fresh a food as possible ... Besides the usual fluids ....
Settling in for a long, leisurely evening hopefully, without any nurses on the phone or paramedics as a precaution ...
