As always when I am not good ... I went outside to get some movement going, to rebuild strength as that time of only moving inside the home for a period of time ... was not good ...
The Christmas tree in our town is in its usual position readied for the traditional fanfare ... I don't remember seeing it there on the way home from hospital yesterday. It must have been put ready since ... Probably yesterday afternoon ... It is market day ... Today ....
Although by the time I went out it was past 17:00 ... Very slow but getting errands done ... More to do tomorrow ... Need to adjust the hygienist appointment... That is a gift to self ... instead of a Christmas meal out ... My mouth will not know itself ... Getting back to my regular self in thar respect ...
Again not much is done about ... oral health in those early days ... It has only just been put on the care plan ...
And I will know when I'm reminded ... another dental appointment ... I believe this current week
