into the twilight zone of commuter hours for the Doctors and pharmacies etc
I have had many more discussions again recently ... on a better out of hours system that staff are doing marvellously on the whole but is stretches staff and resources
There needs to be more thought from the central administration like the summits in the environment not enough is being done on our fundamental health system we all require in different aspects of our varied lives
It is the system in place since 1948 for our well being and needs to come up into the 21st Century ... we need another Florence Nightingale ... she was quietly forthright in her ideas ... in her life ...
I am struggling with my thoughts and history ...
