... Churning up unnecessary memories ... From that time ...
And when one is not in good way it is more difficult than ever .... Thankful I have an outstanding sister who is supporting me ... While I await the news on rectifying whatever is going on in my physical health ...
That doesn't stop the flashbacks ... Which I don't need exacerbating ... And all on medical advice too to keep occupied with things not stressful ...
Always easier said than done ...
And some people are just vindictive unfortunately ... And tunnel vision in spite ... Not support ...
