that will not stop us going up above the town; doing a circuit walk up through the woods to Coronation Park overlooking the town, and back down the lane to town the other side.
That will blow out the cobwebs good and proper.
And yet more hill walking; good for the workout internally too .... we go on about toning the muscles etc; not everyone remembers the workout inside the body ...
Especially in atypical circumstances ...
