I am feeling the benefits of those weeks of hill walking, tributary, estuary and coastal air. A variety of the diverse environments that is Kernow and from travelling.
It has helped with the memories for this time of year in my loss ... that is so profound I did wonder whether I would surface to life again ... A deep sadness descended me today ... while I was having my dental treatment ... this reminds me with each appointment of that neglect ... leading to what life is now ...
