This late morning I did a batch of cooking and totally cleaned an area in the bathroom .... I knew a trip away from the environment would make me realise ... and motivate ...
I have just eaten some homemade soup and spoilt myself with a swirl of cream ... that is years in doing the presentation as well ... the final touch to a dish ...
The vision of my future kitchen in my move to Kernow stocking up on items ... with the range of shops in the vicinity is what is now helping me ...
My family saw how like a kid in a candy store I was again; in seeing such an extensive range of items on entering a very large store ... those items personal to me ... lost over that time with clutter in the way of the functions of the home ...
I know there are dark days still to get through. I hope to see what I can eventually over time in re-stocking my kitchen with cooking implements and enjoy cooking again back in Kernow ... who knows maybe I reclaim my lost energy and start a business from the kitchen table ... I can't begin to think about that now ... too overwhelming ... but never ... say never ...
The fact I entered a large store with the environments that I faced recently ... The fact my family noticed how much better I looked within a few days of arriving there ... The fact I lived in a usual environment again for a time ... The fact it was noticed the weight loss since my last visit ... The fact that my hair was healthier ... I am going in the right direction ... Still too much to do ... lets hope I get the plans into the mode to help with the next stages of clearing all clutter in my life ... to a more functional life again ...
