The manic Monday morning of a doctors surgery after the closure of out of hours ... not even the Saturday morning openings of days distant past ... And the computers were down to boot ... 

The patience of a very long weekend to get the ease in prescribed meds only that would heal the ooze ... ... It would be good to have a walk in centre in town... for those who do not travel on wheels ... The logistics of the out of hours rhythms ... 

The difference in countries ... what we expect to other countries too ..

And the contradictions in beliefs... A country who considers it insulting not following certain etiquettes in customary ways, yet the pollution and animals wandering counteracts this ... 

The wisdom in life not always logically. We require to switch off only traumas in mind do not see the time or ... physical ills either ... 

The indirect way too of reprimanding in my needs since and continues on from our time  ... And ironically I am not the only one where you follow the said procedure another time ... yet no one reassures you ... or arrives as we well know ... You died for it ... 

I have lost count of the ignorance ignoring and non responses be it nice or curt ... too since you left ... 

The failings of presumptions and so much idiocracy is never new ... Interestingly we are not the only ones ... Yet elsewhere the mental hare care is not like this here ...
