refuse and recycle bags that disappear before I get mine in recent times, left on the doorstep. I emailed the local council to see whether they can give me written confirmation or not to pick up my free rolls from the library.
It is hit and miss as to believing you there these days. I already tried last time. I will just have to buy some ... otherwise ... if this email gets me no where which happens a lot ...
Those that think I do not need them, when the families need more. If only the new people since that time knew!!
