in a Northern Town ... by a log effect fire in the middle of less mayhem though more with a leak, the boiler need replacing and a kitchen still not quite finished .... and the pressures of all these workmen with money for Christmas... cash in hand and finding a gem in those who usually only like the big jobs ... as happened since Dad passed away in another county ...
Mum like me doing as much in muddle we can without bothering those who think we cling on without the men in our lives ... when those jobs our spouses did ... need doing ... we rather get by ourselves ...
