The settling in phase ... I may have to indicate I am better utilised elsewhere ... for I cannot dulvuge certain aspects ... I also wish not to disrespect those who I have always respected despite what happened ! who work too long an hour and have a lot of staffing gaps etc ... when coach drivers have regular driving breaks ... that is another fellow discussion I have had plenty of ...
This May is an end of our silver year with the transition on a big phase ... what a month to commence this significant step!
I will see how it pans ... for it takes a while, it just seems this unit is avoided cos its stressful and ultra busy ... and also it not used to delegating ... lower in the chain of command ... I twas surprised though we do not all possess these skills when a busy task in Day to do ...
The variant of being a worker, carer, and a client, on boards, committees, meetings, and just plain on the ground volunteering ... all aspects seen.
I have training Mandatory and training to enquire about ... and time sheets and expenses and on the Internal mailing list ... another reason in regular housekeeping of....
What I now do and not do; to cope with this structure...
