I may be tired though as usual very restless in mind a much A little self therapy to ease this time that one resorts to in this state ...
The advice of family that I need to wind down ... I have for a long while been aware of and put my devices in the night mode to ease this supposedly light glare from these things not good for you.. even when I switch off completely it makes no difference such is the many irritating irrigation of much to get back on regular track !
