The proof of how designated IT people lacking in many quarters when the breadth of change is not thought out ... 

More expense and ink.... The paper still using from days gone ... the envelopes that lost the stickiness ... and more importantly my precious time lost on those who measure against a structure not in sync with mine and lost in misunderstandings of a governing body that lacks skills on the ground ...
