Flooding and safety in all spectrums including asbestos were so issued in your time, especially in our one door abode ... I have only recently last year avoided holes being drilled into the ceilings of those with no knowledge of the asbestos here whilst fitting the long awaited smoke and heat dectectors as standard !!!!
