heat of the day ... the last forty eight after the last heat hitting me one has stayed put. Thus taking the opportunity to chronicle some more photos ...
After the extreme cold and no hot water times .... any heat high is hugely difficult now. And I was so still in those early days of pretend compliance with having the heat on not, when I was punishing myself in no heat time before I have adjusted in removing the Mac in the summer and putting the heat on in the winter ... now ...
There is so much in those days .... swelter in the summer and go cold in the winter ... health hiccups in much never said ... boil as well as the freeze ...
The trouble is being the worker, then the carer, then the client I now know some of those tricks across all the portals of the view in, alongside and out myself ...
