in the food kind. The naughty food had fibre in the base. The all important non refined and organic in time. The digestive system took a bashing. I only hope the formative years put us in good stead. Your Mum had a painful condition that led to her demise, from lack of care non existent in our lives awhile.
My Mum realising this in my painful acceptance of being told nothing could be done for her. There is nothing in this life now where we are not touched by something from the lost moments ....
