no doubt in front of the telly. At least I'm all refreshed ...
A rather distressing time mixed with the comic yet again ... the keeping the cogs continued when filters or the upkeep of the important equipment needed in use for the continuous stream of patients ... broken beds and whatnot ... Another idea for the next week of time again... watching in observing in the various tasks is a learning curve, as it can be ... I will hope the staff are less pressured next week to ask in assist to how it is done. One requires to ask many questions and speak up on a constant basis. It is presumed sometimes you know from the outset... unfortunately in my situation a lot of time has passed ... the inevitable regulations evolve in change. A lot of common sense, only which colour what and the type of wipes to use for example on various surfaces etc can be a stumbling block ...
And today was the lack of nurses. there was challenging behaviour, confusion with other tasks volunteers are unable to do. It was another bit of a juggle... sometimes what the regs are, could cause another type of safety issue. The constant source of varied care when people at their most vulnerable...
