Replenishing my health

and one to three days for the medication to take affect to regain my physical strength ... I will be missing studies this week to rest up and recover ... it will be interesting to find out what is happening ...

Again the Mindfulness tips, are not to dwell on anything but the here and now ... not worry about the future ... it does not work for me ... my fears for a fellow human being who died one winters day ...did but happen ... and my recurring fear ... is the damage done to my body too ... from that time ... and lack of so much and too much relentless stress for far, far too long ...
